Jason Isaacs is on a serious hot streak. Best known as Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter franchise, Isaacs picked up his first Emmy nomination last year for his role in HBO’s The White Lotus Season 3, the critically praised Mike White series. While The White Lotus Season 4 is now in production, Isaacs and his Season 3 castmates are not expected to return given the show’s anthology format.
His next big move is the Amazon Tomb Raider series, where he stars alongside Sophie Turner and Sigourney Weaver. Production recently hit a pause after Turner sustained a minor injury, but the project is still moving forward.
