A robot is making championship-level coffee in Portland, and it actually knows what it’s doing.
Artly’s robotic barista system, called Jarvis, uses computer vision and motion capture technology trained directly on champion barista Joe Yang. The idea is that every cup carries the muscle memory and precision of a world-class coffee maker, just without the human standing behind the counter.
