Hayley Williams is feeling like a teenager again, and honestly, same.
The Paramore frontwoman wrapped her first-ever solo North American headline tour in Los Angeles on May 15, then played Kilby Block Party 2026 in Salt Lake City two days later. She’s been touring behind her 2025 album “Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party,” and the road clearly did something to her.
Writing on her Substack Live Journal, Williams described tour life as turning her back into a night owl and a wide-eyed dreamer running on dark circles and adrenaline. She talked about craving her days, soaking up every moment, and how coming home felt equal parts relief and loss.
Her LA shows brought out surprise guests including Jenny Lewis, Julien Baker, Jack Antonoff, and Bethany Cosentino.
Next up, her 2026 UK and Europe tour kicks off June 5 in Milan, with two London Roundhouse dates on June 19 and 20.
She ended her post with three words: “I’m the ocean.”
